I'm incredibly dissapointed. The cost of smart serve is absolutely prohibitve. Compared to the course itself, which was relativly easy understand, the test is next to impossible. The inability to even consult notes during the test is a major red flag, and as someone with accessibility issues, i cant help but feel like the test is discriminating against me. Lower the price, make the test more forgiving, and dont charge to retake it. Pure greed
