I had smart serve for years running a wedding hall and to think this new program expects myself or anyone to count drinks to guests while running a bar with 300 guests and a bar 3 deep at times and helpers is ridiculous , count customers ,can’t even see them and at one ti e we were required to get guests in a cab or safe ride home and now to be responsible till the guest is sober ,us a joke cuz they can go or stop anywhere in travels home to access alcohol at friends etc and I’m still responsible .this test or persons making questions not even reasonable but not even practical
