Outdated and needs an update. Pretty offensive to trans people with the biological sex portion. All you had to do was write biological in front of sex, it's not that hard. Also it is NOT safe to "make eye contact with a female and ask if they're okay" especially when they are next to a person of concern I'm not sure WHO thought this was safe?! Please update.
