I found it unclear how to log on to your site and find the information about my cats' chips.
I left a query via your Information request link on the website and was never contacted in return.
I phoned your helpline, was greeted by an answer phone message asking me to leave details to be contacted shortly. I was never contacted.
Unimpressed.
