After my deposit, I was unable to withdraw any funds, and they demanded additional money to unfreeze my account. It was clear I had fallen victim to a fraudulent scheme. “I have just been to my Vets4Pets for my dogs vaccinations…I casually asked him to check his microchip as I know they can move around. Imagine my shock to discover that he had no microchip even though in his documentation it said that he had been with a smartchip numbered label. I even sent the details off when I got him. Three years unchipped….not very good…thank goodness I checked…not only is it illegal but he could have been lost or stolen and I may not have got him back!!! Needless to say he is now!”

“I ordered a dog tag, it took 15 days to arrive and during that time I was repeatedly fobbed off. When the tag did arrive it isn't etched in deep enough so it is not easy to read. So if my puppy does get out no one will be able to return him as the tag is poor quality. I again contacted the company and was bemused to be copied into a rather derogatory email I was never have supposed to of seen. The writer of the email literally told me he didn't know I could see the email. I contacted the company again to ask for a returns address was never provided with one totally ignored. Very poor service.”
