I have tried to phone them twice now with a problem with my puppies chip number!! Honestly feel like I was talking double Dutch as the girl on the other end was totally clueless!!!!
Second time I was fobbed off to email! And that’s a joke.
Total rip off and a disgrace to being a business.......
