I have recently purchased a health plan from Smartchoice. The service was seamless and quick. Much appreciated. However, I would like to appreciate the helpline operator Mr Arslan Ashraf who spoke with me and guided me throughout the process and finalised my payment and issued me the certificate. His manner of speaking, eagerness to help and soundness of service was highly professional. He is the best operator I have come across in years. I wish him all success in his career. Thanks
