“After online payment submission, system becomes silent, need to be generate some references number and update on customers mobile number or email. Initially whatsapp is slow but later much satisfactory and proffional, Whatsapp communications are excellent and update nicely. Inception team is very quick and professional and very positive approach. Documentation are little bit slow.Overall experience is very good and satisfactory, from quotation to Documentation consider excellent. Good luck.”

“Customer service is very pathetic, troublesome and worst experience. I recently purchased a family travel policy, but did not receive my policy timely. Upon complaining, I received an email to access policy online, when I browsed it, it was containing very vague and incomplete information and no printable version was provided. Since, I am trying to call them from yesterday, No One is Picking The Call at provided helpline number. Do not recommend.”
