“I bought a health insurance policy through Smart choice but the response from this platform is very poor. And still I have not received my healthcard since 3rd February 2026. I would suggest not to buy any policy through smart choice. My efu policy number that I have received through email is SC/26-001078-00”

“Smartchoice.pk is by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a travel insurance policy from them but never received the policy document. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp multiple times but got no response. I also called their UAN several times, yet no one answered. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company if you don’t want unnecessary headaches. It make so sad.”
