System-based access procedure is not simple and functioning. OTP is not coming timely on mobile and after receipt, system shows timed-out!

I had to avail the services for a claim of a car, unfortunately the reimbursement was not upto the mark, got some assistance from smartchoice rep but they can only convey the message across. This hardly helps in expedited resolution.

Very deceptive way of selling policies of reputed companies. The company offers 15% on using certain cards which is just fake even after escalating my enquiry no response as yet. The bigger cheat is Bliss policy on web of Smartchice says different amount of coverage than what actually is offered by Adamjee. Received rediculous reply from PK rep of Smart choice however Adamjee assured they will look into it. No need to use such tactics instead fair and transparent way of business always last for longer thermo f relationship. Very unfortunate.

While applying for health insurance on the Smart choice website, I mistakenly selected an option that I am taking medication. I was taking some routine medication for the flu and had no serious illness. This resulted in delaying my case for a week. It was the duty of smart choice staff members to have guided me not to select that option. Or, they can first check the applications before forwarding it to the insurance companies.

I purchased 2 Annual Global Travel Insurance initially and in addition to the delay in issuance of the policies, the policies issued had multiple mistakes where information of both the applicants was mixed up in the policies. I had to call twice at your helpline to make the corrections and all this was done from Gerrys' office where I was just waiting for the travel insurance to submit along with my Visa documents. So there was no point of using your services as it took the same time if I would have been applied to Insurance Company directly. I ignored this mistake and applied for 5 more policies for my colleagues as well but the same problem was faced even in those policies where information were mixed up and they had to call to make necessary corrections. I believe your portal should only be used if you want 1 single policy and applying for more than policy means we are risking the policy due to errors from your side.

I had bough INSTANT insurance first. After payment was expecting email or insurance letter but it was received second day of payment and I missed my appointment due to it. I tried alot calling on helpline but no one picks up the phone. On next day lucky after losing my appointment benjimen picked the call and talk to me. Then he was kind enough to deal me and replace the policy.

I got a plan for 7500 online. After a day, i got a call and was told my plan was actually for 13,000 and that they would have to downgrade my plan. After that, they did not send me my revised plan as promised.
