Customer service is very pathetic, troublesome and worst experience. I recently purchased a family travel policy, but did not receive my policy timely. Upon complaining, I received an email to access policy online, when I browsed it, it was containing very vague and incomplete information and no printable version was provided. Since, I am trying to call them from yesterday, No One is Picking The Call at provided helpline number. Do not recommend.
