“It was easy to sign up however more clarity should be provided in terms of how to use this insurance while travelling outside Pakistan. A step by step gide on how to use this insurance and where to go to, the panel of hospital etc or some practical information should be provided t the beginning.”

Instead they called us to say the rates in the website are obsolete and that we need to pay more to avail the policy we bought. We resisted, upon which they offered sharing the difference with the company. Ofcourse we disagreed. Finally they gave us the insurance at the initial cost.”
