We had a horrible experience. We bought the insurance hoping that we’ll receive the confirmation right away. Instead they called us to say the rates in the website are obsolete and that we need to pay more to avail the policy we bought. We resisted, upon which they offered sharing the difference with the company. Ofcourse we disagreed. Finally they gave us the insurance at the initial cost.
