Dear Hunain / Sibtain, I am very much thankful to Smart Choice and team including yourself, Arsalan Ashraf & Maham for the support you have rendered. Initially, my experience was not good but i figured that it was mainly due to part at Pak Qatar Takaful where may be you have your own limitations to intervene. Thanks to Arsalan Ashraf who provided me alternative way and signed me up for another plan when i was on verge of asking refund. He cared and understand my requirement, felt what i needed and did not give up despite at some point i know i was harsh on him. Please keep people like Arsalan Ashraf in your team who don't give up on their customers and strive to give them better. I'm sure he is trained well by your team & his skills are outstanding in what he did in retaining me as your customers as well as turning my experience from worst to excellent.
