Very pathetic service and website. not user friendly interface. Today I purchased Travel Insurance and paid with my credit card. after payment successfully completed, it's just show me Thank You window not any email, login or tracking provided. When i was try to reach out their customer services on call they not picked up my call. In their contact page clearly mentioned they are available Monday to Saturday 10AM - 07PM. some how I got their WhatsApp number and try to connected same thing happened no one response on WhatsApp. Now I don't know how can i get my insurance documents what is my order status. Overall very bad experience with them. too much disappointed :( Revised: They are solved my issue within 1 hour somehow they have systematic issue that's why i was not any email. Thank you for support and services.
