i have paid for two travel insurance policies through credit card. i have received no response. i tried to call customer representative but no response. The website is similarly unresponsive.. i am wondering if this is a scam and one needs to take criminal action. The above was my initial response. However, i was informed that there was a technical glitch that disabled their remote responses. Soon after the resolution of the technical issue the response was very efficient and of a high standard. So i have reviewed my rating with the understanding that system would be made more robust to reduce the chances of occurrence of glitches.
