I have been on several Smartours in the past. Charleston and Savannah was the first domestic one I've taken. The tour guide, Annette, was very knowledgeable and conscientious. My only issue was with the hotel in Savannah, which was substandard in many ways. The food was terrible and I had a room right off the lobby that was very noisy. On the other hand, the staff was very nice.
