The only complaint that I have is that I repeatedly tried to get the flight times and numbers from Miami to San Jose and was given nonexistent flights.
Our guide was excellent, the food was great and the accommodations were par for the region.
All email communications were accurate and described perfectly the procedures needed to travel in the time of COVID.
