EVERYTHING from the payments to what to bring and the itinerary was very thorough. Even when I called the offices on a couple of occasions, the representatives were courteous and helpful. Our tour director, Liat Bussiba was fantastic! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, her enthusiasm and excitement made the trip fun. The actual tour was more than I could have imagined.
