We found SmarTours very organized and well led. (Ron McGregor) The hotels were very good, especially the Marriot Protea outside Kruger Park. The breakfasts were very good as were most of the included lunches and dinners. A few complaints 1. Water bottles should have been given out every day of touring, as other companies do - charge a bit more 2. We should have taken a direct flight to Durban from Cape Town - I know South African doesn't offer one, but others airlines do. It was a very LONG day. 3. Some of the optional tours were not explained well - eg. Robben's Island and the Wine Tour - definite mixup of times. This did not apply to us but there was a lot of walking on some of the regular tours and some of the people could not walk well. This should be emphasized more. 4. Dinner should have been included the second night in Zululand - we had NO other choice.
