The hotels were excellent as were the guides. Plane seats were as good as could be expected and ground travel was also as good as expected. But why oh why do you persist in herding us into sales rooms to get a sales pitch that treat us like the marks we are. In one, we wasted 2 hours until the group rebelled. We have taken 3 tours with you but we are at our patience's end. Just stop treating us like fools.
