Our Tour Guide Susie did a very nice job making us feel comfortable and welcome. She educated us on a variety of subjects about Thailand and the people.
The tours provided were good but there were too many optional tours that could have been provided in the original tour especially the Grand Palace tour if that was supposed to be the highlight of Thailand.
The scheduling of the flights and the very long layover times were not coordinated very well.
