Too much scrimping on details to be "very good." e.g. bag tags, no roster of travelers,
some hotels mediocre - no Kleenex, toiletries or such amenities.
Meals - buffets too much the same.
Tour director excellent, most guides good to very good.
Bus ok; not " very good." Driver excellent.
