Overall, Smartours is a real value. Egypt tour was well put together. But so many really elderly on the trip, makes it hard for everyone. Security people were used as medical attendants for wheelchair tourists. Perhaps a separate, lower pace trip is needed for this. Main tour guide, Ronda, was a gem!
