Tour was excellent and Ron is outstanding as a guide. It exceeded our expectations. Hotels were good. Having to go to JFK was awful when connections are available out of Orlando. I hope to never have to go any where near Johannesburg Airport ever again. Moving us from gate to gate just because it is policy is absurd. Given luggage size for a carryon did not apply to our tour and was a real handicap.
