well organized good English speaking guides good hotels My only negative and this is important because I live on the West coast. Most trips to the East of the US leave from N.Y. which is a significant price increase for us. We have been to N.Y. so many times, I do not need the extra expense any more. Many trips I did not & will not sign with SmarTours is because of that.
