My wife and I went to Spain. Charles was our guide, and he was very good. There was a woman on the tour who was a "handful" (getting lost, not staying with the group, etc.). Charles was incredibly patient with her and tried very hard to not let her antics affect the rest of the tour people. Spain in September was beautiful!
