Ordered a case from them. I've been waiting over a week for delivery with no tracking information sent at all from SmartTech.
Called the customer service number and put on a hold line for 15 minutes every time then told Agents are busy and to try again. I've done this a number of times and no one answers.
Emailed them and still waiting on a response.
Never have I ever had to deal with this sort of service and this is the first review I've had to write so hopefully it warns others and they make a decision on choosing another provider.
