“A company that prohibits payouts is blatantly lying because no one was informed beforehand that this would happen. I made some earnings and deposited all I had ever saved, but they wouldn't let me access my account or withdraw any money. I had to engage A I X A L T D . C O M to help me, and they were quite helpful; I received my money back a few days after hiring them.”

“I ordered a Hannspree tablet after reading the returns policy, site terms. Tablet arrived (looks like I was lucky in this regard), but the fun started when I tried to return the tablet (the device was not usable indoors). The very first mail's response made it clear that they had no intention of accepting the return. After repeated mails/follow ups, they've now claimed that 'item' is not in the condition it was because *the package was opened*. I've tried to explain the difference between item and package.. Avoid is you can would be my advice.”

“I know them too well, they have worked for my uncle while he was having infidelity concerns and they really came through when he needed them the most. I sent them an email, the moment i got a reply from them, i explained how i got myself into a messy situation with bad credit. “Many read flags with this company They state they are an authroised Gigagbyte reseller - They are NOT this is a blantant lie - I have contacted Gigabyte and suggest they take legal action against them as its miseleading also complainbed to trading standards. Also this is a NEW company only incorporated 6 October 2023 Also as far as I can see the address is just a front - rented address. So unlikley to stock items and at best buy and ship after you have fully paid. Many red flags with this company - just read other review and use some sense and avoid this company Other review sites are very negative about this company as well. Address listed on this site is incorrect ass well.”

“This is a scam company who will steal your money and details. Call them and try and pick up goods from them before you pay. Trust me they will steal from you. Just google their address, there is nothing and companies house will provide a number of addressees for this rip off company. Do yourself a favour and check smartteck out properly, call them, visit them, before spending one penny. The 5 star reviews are simply made up.”

“Placed online order on 7/8/2023 - delivery promised within 5-7 working days. Item has not arrived and it is now 24/8/2023. No tracking information given. Rang both Customer Services and Sales and immediately put on hold. (what genuine company would put a sales call on hold and say they would ring back!!!) Did not get a response at all and was told to leave a message and they would get back to me. They haven't. They did however take payment for the item. I believe that my £28 is now gone. After reading other reviews it appears that some customers have lost hundreds of pounds. I'm surprised that this company is still 'trading' as it clesrly is not honouring it's customer contract of sale.”

“Nearly impossible to contact by phone to get a returns number which they require to return an unwanted item which I had already cancelled - it was sent much later than advertised which is why I cancelled. Managed to get through once - they promised to send me a number. I said iI would stay on the line until I received the email. Guy assured me I would get it in 15 minutes. Never arrived and now they have blocked my phone number - unethical or what.”

“They have sent an invoice that stated that my purchase would be delivered via royal mail in 3-5 days, no tracking number was given. My purchase never arrived. I have tried calling several times, but they do not answer their phones and do not reply to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.”

“Item didn't arrive. They lied in correspondence (on record with eBay). It turned out they weren't seliing from eBay at all and it was some sort of scam involving Amazon. When eBay got involved they refunded me. Wasted my time. Would not recommend.”

“Ordered a case from them. I've been waiting over a week for delivery with no tracking information sent at all from SmartTech. Called the customer service number and put on a hold line for 15 minutes every time then told Agents are busy and to try again. I've done this a number of times and no one answers. Emailed them and still waiting on a response. Never have I ever had to deal with this sort of service and this is the first review I've had to write so hopefully it warns others and they make a decision on choosing another provider.”

“Shocking, fraudulent Bradford business, false advertising, raising bank dispute to try and retrieve money. Trading Standards getting involved. Probably have to go legal - nightmare business - AVOID THEM.”

“The item does what I expected it to do. The delivery was late but the owner messaged me to explain the delay and when it arrived the package unexpectedly included ink cartridges. Thank you SmartTeck”
