Nearly impossible to contact by phone to get a returns number which they require to return an unwanted item which I had already cancelled - it was sent much later than advertised which is why I cancelled. Managed to get through once - they promised to send me a number. I said iI would stay on the line until I received the email. Guy assured me I would get it in 15 minutes. Never arrived and now they have blocked my phone number - unethical or what.
