“paid for a 3 day delivery but took 8days ,Tried phoneing three times all went to answer phone left messages to phone me back . zero. sent a text message took 2 days to reply”

“Placed order for a replacement HDD with 24 hour delivery, after calling multiple times and not getting through on the phone emailed on day 4 to find out where my package was, another day later was told that 24h delivery was not available and I've now got to wait for it to be shipped from china, expected delivery is 2 and a half weeks after order. Would upload pictures of my product but it's still not here as of being asked to leave my review.”

“I ordered a 48 inch Samsung TV just after Christmas and it took almost two weeks to arrive. It arrived badly damaged, even though the box was intact. I contacted their customer services immediately and they asked for photos and other information which I supplied immediately. I have phoned 2 days in a row and they haven't been able to tell me what is happening. I haven't even received an acknowledgment email. All I would like would be a returns slip to return the parcel via courier and either a replacement or a refund but they are dragging their feet. A phone operator did tell me this was the second tv over the Christmas break that arrived damaged. This is very poor customer service indeed. All I want is an answer. The Freephone number doesn't even work.”
