Ordered an HP laptop and when it arrived (on time so I guess 1 star for that) it turned out to be a version for the Spanish market, with continental charger and differences to the keyboard layout. Nothing in the online sales listing indicated this was anything other than a standard UK setup. Not what I require.
No response to email enquiring about returns procedure, no-one answering the phone in 'Customer Services', and no response to the phone message left with 'Customer Services'.
