Disappointed with your customer service. I did not receive the item I ordered despite being sent an email to say it had been dispatched. I then received an email saying I had been given a refund without any explanation, I can only assume you didn’t actually have the product in stock. Find it interesting that you give £5 off positive reviews sent when maybe you should be considering customers that are dissatisfied!
