Purchased our Leo’s Loo about a month ago. Arrived on time, very well packaged. Easy to assemble. I was worried the noise would scare the cats. It’s extremely quiet. They aren’t bothered by that at all. It has taken a really long time for them to adjust though. They were terrified to go in. Our kitten jumped right in though no problem. Three weeks in the other cats finally started using it. Getting ready to purchase a second one. My only issue is that while I understand the Size of the opening was carefully considered, I think skittish cats will prefer a larger opening. I have noticed we use much less cat litter! A word of advice, go ahead and buy extra bag clips. They tend to fall in when you remove the waste drawer.
