“I’m on the fence about the accuracy of the automatic detection. I got a new device it had malfunction of cleaning automatically. The new one I got replacing that one is so much better and for the most part but I do have to manually press the cleaning option cuz for whatever reason doesn’t catch or detect them each and every time. There are so many differences with this one and the actually liter robot. My soon to be year old cat is still scared of it but I feel like the liter robot gave them so much more room. The smart pers has a more attractive look to it for sure. It looks like a cute little igloo. Their administrative person Susan is beyond amazing thru out the whole ordeal. I’m gonna continue using and testing it out to ensure he’s the right device but again I’m in the fence about which one I like better. But there’s a ton of things I hate about the litter robot too.”
“Purchased our Leo’s Loo about a month ago. Arrived on time, very well packaged. Easy to assemble. I was worried the noise would scare the cats. It’s extremely quiet. They aren’t bothered by that at all. It has taken a really long time for them to adjust though. They were terrified to go in. Our kitten jumped right in though no problem. Three weeks in the other cats finally started using it. Getting ready to purchase a second one. My only issue is that while I understand the Size of the opening was carefully considered, I think skittish cats will prefer a larger opening. I have noticed we use much less cat litter! A word of advice, go ahead and buy extra bag clips. They tend to fall in when you remove the waste drawer.”
