This is now bordering on insulting as it is beyond ridiculous. It has been 3 months and 12 days since my order was placed and Smashinn still has no idea where my racket is. They have been telling me for 6 weeks now that the transport department is looking into it.
Worst service I have ever received, they have no customer support at all and their actions are now bordering on fraudulent. They refuse to refund me and have no intention of delivering my order.
