“This was my worst shopping experience. The site lets you believe this is a local delivery (5 - 7 working days). I am still waiting for delivery to S.Africa, a gift meant for 16 Dec. 2023 Was well in time for their delivery date. The local post office (not a courier service) advises the delivery may be at the end of the month. The parcel has not arrived in S.Africa.
In addition, I was scammed for customs duty if I wanted the parcel delivered. Suggests the site is far from secure. Fortunately my bank stopped my payment.
Can't review the racket as we haven't received yet. Can't cancel the order as customer support has explained it left the Netherlands soon after placing the order.
My bigger frustration is that I found a local sports store selling the same racket for $10 more. :(”
“Please don't order from this company. Order was supposed to arrive on 11/6. My husband even received a confirmation that it had arrived complete with a photo showing the package. However the photo looked strange-normally "arrival" photos show part of your front steps/door-so you can actually recognize that package was delivered to your place. In this case-the package was photographed very close up with just the narrow outline of a cement floor....aka-not our house.....net/net-no package at our place
TWO WEEKS later-the package showed up-Friday 11/24. What the heck??? No notification that package was delayed-no communications between first "fake" delivery and second actual delivery.
Won't be ordering from them again. and ONE star is too many for my experience!!”
“This is now bordering on insulting as it is beyond ridiculous. It has been 3 months and 12 days since my order was placed and Smashinn still has no idea where my racket is. They have been telling me for 6 weeks now that the transport department is looking into it.
Worst service I have ever received, they have no customer support at all and their actions are now bordering on fraudulent. They refuse to refund me and have no intention of delivering my order.”

I ordered a Black & Crown Piton Limited Padel Racket
I was sent a Black & Crown Piton Attack Plus which is a cheaper model and did not receive a credit as a result of being sent a cheaper model
The model sent does not suit my player ability - that of intermeddiate. The racket sent is for advanced players
Over and above I paid the higher amount for shipping expecting I would receive the racket within four days as stated on the website. My delivery took two weeks
Numerous emails back and force has achieved no result other than an email to advise I should return the racket with so much red tape involved
No mention of a credit on the difference for what I paid as against what was sent, no mention of who pays for the racket to be sent back and no mention if I would receive a credit on the shipping taking into account that if I send the racket back then I am not in possession of the racket even though I paid for shipment
I have been ripped off by Smashinn and will not order again from this shonky company and will certainly not recommend to fellow players at my club and would advise them and others NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”

Sent me the incorrect racket from that which I ordered
The model they sent was cheaper than that which I ordered with no refund on the price differential
The incorrect racket also does not suit my playing level - that of intermediate whereas the racket sent is for advanced
I have been ripped of by this company who are very deceitful in the way they transact with their customers
Would not use them again and will notify my fellow paddle players to stay away from this ripp off company
