The service was great - the staff were friendly and the communication was spot on. The driver went the extra mile and was very kind. I appreciated the slickness of the booking service, and when we had to make amendments, the team were helpful in sorting this.
My only suggestion for improvement is that the vehicle itself was a bit dated!
