This was very useful as there were roadworks where we were being picked up so needed to change the collection point. “The service should be simple. Turn up at time agreed in the contract and drive to destination.
SMC-Coach Hire turned up 2 hrs late and we missed our flight back home to Sweden.
5 of us had to pay £500 each for new flights from Glasgow to Heathrow and then onto Gothenburg. 9hr wait at Heathrow overnight.
Complained to SMC-Coach Hire who eventually paid back the cost of the hire £575. We were pushing to get full compensation for all our extra expenditure due to their incompetence, but they only paid the coach hire of £575 as an “act of good will”
So, a £575 hire cost us over £2000 more and a night at Heathrow airport.
I would not trust this company to drive a bike never mind a coach/transfer service.”

The booking process was easy, they responded quickly to enquiries and were reasonably priced. Whilst we didn't travel on the coach ourselves, our guests were very happy with their experience. The coach arrived early, it was clean, the driver was very friendly and the driving was smooth. We would happily recommend and use again.”
