“Time to name and shame I advise anybody to absolutely NOT travel with this company they are shocking !! We booked these to take and pick us up from the airport and they never turned up on the day so we had to take 4 cars and drive to the airport ourselves after paying them £700! not to mention we missed an hour of the vip lounge that we booked.had to drive home at 3:30 in the morning after 10 hours travelling and the only excuse they had was that they couldn’t contact the driver,wasn’t even willing to try find someone as a replacement but just left us stranded and to not even give us compensation says a lot about the company and how they’re only arsed about receiving money instead of the customers satisfaction”

Neither family member wanted to have the odious task of picking up everybody from their various towns & driving them to Liverpool on a Friday evening. So we decided to converge on one town, where it was easy to get to & then hire a minivan from there to Liverpool. The driver was friendly, pleasant, approachable & attentive. He drove us to our destination & back with care & precision. I'll definitely use SMC Coach Hire again if I am going to need a minivan for a large party.”

A small group of five were taken for an afternoon to a specific location.
The Mini-bus/coach provided was exactly the correct size and was clean and comfortable.
The driver was kind and the journey provided no hassle of worries.
A donation was then made by the company to off-set believed pollution form the journey - this is a grand gesture too.
