“Really easy to deal with and very efficient. The driver of our minibus was on time for both the outbound and return journey and we were well looked after.”
“Managed a complex arrangements of picking us up at 4 different addresses and taking us to New St. Station Birmingham, and returning a week later. Clear communication at all stages, vehicles were clean, comfortable and could handle our Luggage. Both drivers were great.”
“Party of nine leaving home at daft o'clock outbound, and landed 0700 inbound after an 8 hour west to east flight.
Outbound driver arrived 15 minutes early, and the inbound driver was ready for us straight after baggage collection - which is just what you want for transatlantic flights. Both were top of the range guys, and did the majority of the baggage humping.
Vehicles were perfectly sized for the the 9 passengers & 9 sets of luggage.
Would highly recommend the SMC for such a trip; everything was made really easy. Thanks fellas :)”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely brilliant service from SMC Coach Hire!
We used SMC Coach Hire for our trip to Butlin’s for an adult weekend, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better driver. He was such a lovely, friendly and helpful man from start to finish.
He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy and looked after throughout the journey. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he was so patient and accommodating.
It’s not often you come across someone who puts so much effort into making sure their passengers have a great experience, and he really did. He made the journey so much more enjoyable and was an absolute credit to SMC Coach Hire.
