“Fantastic service from start to finish!
A highlight for us was the FABULOUS driver - he was amazing with the children, 60, 5 year olds, no mean feat! He took time out of his day to contact us to let us know how amazing our children and adults(!) had been throughout the trip. Everyone commented on his professionalism and manner - a credit to the company! Well done SMC -we will be using you again!”
“The SMC Coach driver was very professional and accommodating. There were 6 family members riding, and one began feeling nauseous. The driver pulled over when asked and once going again, asked if we would like the windows open for air. He also asked several times if she was OK or needed anything. In addition, we felt safe while riding to the airport. The driver exceeded our expectations.”
“This is our second time using SMC but not our last. The driver was lovely and very courteous helped everyone on and off the bus ran to open the door as soon as he parked. Excellent”
“SMC coach hire were wonderful, they were so easy to book the communication was excellent. They turned up on time the drivers were polite and very helpful the price was reasonable I would recommend them will definitely be using them again”
“We had a fantastic experience using SMC Coach Hire for our summer party transport. From the initial booking process through to the day itself, everything was handled professionally and smoothly.
The coach arrived on time, the driver was friendly and helpful, and the journey ran exactly as planned. It made organising transport for a large group so much easier and gave everyone peace of mind knowing they had a safe and reliable way to travel.
Thank you for helping make our event run so smoothly – we would definitely recommend your services and look forward to working with you again in the future.”

“Door to door service of a mini bus taking myself and my friends to a garden party. Josh our driver was extremely polite , warm and nothing was too much trouble. I loved that he really took time that every one was safe boarding and stepping off the vehicle . It made us all feel really looked after. I found the price very competitive and communication before the event was excellent. I truly recommend.”
“Communication was amazing from the time i requested a quote to the actual journey.
On the day of the journey there was an unfortunate delay on the motorway but we were informed about this to keep us updated.
I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again hopefully for our annual celebration.”
“The experience from start to finish was brilliant! Very accommodating to any changes or special requests we had. Contact details for our driver were shared the day before with clear instructions for making contact.
Barry our coach driver was the best! SMC provided an immaculate vehicle with air conditioning which was very much needed on a very hot day. Meeting our driver at the end of the day was very easy despite there being thousands of people at the festival. Would definitely recommend SMC!”
