“Super easy to book and very accommodating when trying to make amendments after booking. I got quotes off multiple sites and this was the most reasonable by a mile. Driver arrived early and waiting for the full party get to the meeting spot with no complaints and he was very accommodating to such a noisy group of us. Only little thing would be the bus was abit worn out with no aircon in the back. But got us from A to B on time and for a reasonable price I cannot complain.”

“SMC coach hire is a company and I would definitely recommend. The pre-pick up day communication was very clear and consistent across email and WhatsApp.
I was deciding between two companies and committed to SMC because of the professionalism I experienced while making the initial reservation. The pricing is competitive and the quality of the van and driver for our initial pick up was truly five star.
I was a bit disappointed in our return trip as I had requested the same driver, but apparently he was unavailable although he had told me he would be. The driver that picked us up did not help to load our luggage and his van was “less than stellar “. I guess it was more disappointing because the initial pick up experience was so flawless. The driver stored our luggage in the back of the van, offered water, asked if we needed to stop for rest breaks along the three hour route and his van was in pristine condition.
I’ll definitely recommend SMC however I would also look and hope for more consistency in the future.”
