I have used this company many times and will keep doing so. This was a very big job indeed! 106 people on two coaches for a choir tour to from Birmingham the Scottish Highlands for four days. Everything was just brilliant. Charlie (as always) was excellent at the booking stage. His professionalism and attention to detail is exceptional. I would like to thank him for intervening when we had a small misunderstanding when we needed to change the itinerary. The actual journey was great. Both coaches were excellent and both drivers (Tony and Irfan) were superb. They were punctual and very helpful and informative throughout. They worked with us really well and were always happy to flexible. A tour like this can very often sink or swim depending on what type of driver you get, and I couldn't have asked for better. As usual, I am very happy and will of course be using this company again.
