SMC Coach Hire was excellent right from the start. My quote & any questions I had came through very quickly. The whole process was very efficient and clear. The driver was punctual, friendly & helpful. We were a family run to & back from Stanstead Airport. 10 adults & 7 young children. I'm a very nervous passenger but our driver was excellent, I felt entirely safe the whole journey. Our return flight was delayed by over 2 hours, very late at night. He was there waiting with clear directions where to find him. Again, felt very safe driving home in the rain. Very happy and would use again and recommend. Thank you.
