From start to finish the whole experience with SMC coach hire was easy and straightforward. Several quotes were obtained but SMC, although not the cheapest, offered the best value. Booking was easy and SMC stayed in contact all through the time between booking and travel. The driver contacted me the day before travel, introduced himself and gave me a direct contact number. The minibus arrived just prior to the agreed time. The driver was lovely, loaded all of the suitcases and bags into the minibus and made sure all parties were happy and comfortable before departure, offered water and asked if we wanted additional cushions. He took us directly to our destination where he unloaded all of the suitcases and bags and made sure we were happy with where he had dropped us and the service he had provided. I would definitely recommend SMC coach hire and will use again in the future.
