Absolutely awful customer service, I paid for 1-2 day delivery and it came after 5 days. My 1st email was ignored my 2nd email requesting my delivery fee was refunded as it had been 4 days and I hadn't even had a dispatch email. I had an email response with just hermes and the tracking number, no apologie or acknowledgement of my refund request. I have emailed twice since and again had no response. I will never purchase from here again nor would I recommend them.
