If you are another customer not receiving their order from the website, search for SM Direct on eBay and contact him via a product, I received my refund within minutes! Probably worried I'd buy something cheap on there to leave bad feedback - which I would have done had he ignored me again! Its 100% feedback on there and looks like they sell a lot. Its a shame they don't treat their Web customers with the same customer service as their eBay clients. I dont believe I would have received my product or refund going by the reviews here. My emails were ignored and its been 9 days since I ordered some compost with a 3-5 working day delivery service.
