Faulty set of Christmas lights, messaged, emailed, phoned, no response from company at all. Tried for a month to contact, eventually opened a dispute with paypal before getting a response. Posted back today but will have to swallow the postage cost I guess. Worst ever company I have dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. There was no problem with delivery but trying to get a response to return fauly goods is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.
