I purchased a product from SM Direct with 3-5 days delivery. They did not deliver and when I contacted him, he answered my initial call but as soon as I asked about my order he hung up. Thereafter he did not answer any of my calls or reply to emails when I enquired about my order then subsequently requested a refund. Paypal had to intervene to get me my refund.
DO NOT TRUST SM DIRECT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM. HE IS A FRAUD. He did not have the common courtesy to communicate or apologise.
