AVOID. SCAMMER ALERT… If only I’d read the reviews on here before ordering from these scammers. From the offset, I was lied to and blackmailed after wanting to cancel the order. I ended up rejecting the order from Royal Mail, to which the owner Sajid Majid messaged me on WhatsApp, stating that he wasn’t happy and that I wouldn’t be getting a refund. Well - true to his word, he was uncontactable after this and the refund is now being dealt with by my bank, as it appears this is how the company conduct its business by selling broken/faulty goods and not honouring refunds. SM Direct - what a shambles! Hopefully they’ll be shut down soon to avoid this mess happening to many more
