Appalling customer service. Ordered a set of Christmas lights via B&Q website. Delivery company delivered to incorrect address. They admitted mistake and offered a refund. SM Direct refused to assist. They refused to give a customer service number and their limited responses via the B&Q site were rude and full of spelling errors with poor English. Avoid this company at all costs!
