Yes! Wish I had thought to look at more reviews prior to purchasing a kettle and toaster from Amazon 2 years ago
The kettle has started to leak and the paint has worn off the lid. It’s also started to rust! We’re Brits living in the US and drink a lot of tea.
Customer service is dreadful!
The appliances have lots of cheap plastic parts and for the ridiculous high price it’s just not worth it.
I would love to add pictures but it says file could not be uploaded… from Apple Photographs?
I will never buy from them again!
