Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service
I recently purchased a SMEG gas hob, expecting high quality from a premium brand. However, within just one day of use, the rings developed stains that would not come off, despite careful cleaning. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high price.
I contacted SMEG customer service, expecting assistance, but was simply told the stains were due to food residue and that I should purchase a cleaning product. After multiple emails and calls explaining that the colour of the middle gas hob has changed colour to bronze, I felt ignored and dismissed.As a good will gesture SMEG replaced the rings , it has been a month now and the gas hob has stains which after cleaning show up like stains.
For a brand that markets itself as high-end, I expected better product durability and customer support. I regret this purchase and would not recommend SMEG to others based on my experience.
